"I dropped my ring off for appraisal around 915 am. I picked it up around 415. They had it cleaned and ready for me, paperwork and all. They were very nice and professional. I will be returning for any jewelry needs. I traveled an hour and a half to get there and it was worth the trip! Excellent customer service!"
